I've been a contractor for longer than I would care to remember and, as always, after a long holiday (in this case 6 months) I find myself waiting lifetimes for an oportunity to work (OK, it's only been about 4 weeks - but I am very bored). To fill the time I've decided that continuing my Spanish tuition (via CD at this stage) is not particularly fulfilling, neither is learning the piano - both of these tasks seem, to me, to be tasks for after hours.
So I've decided to write a few websites. I am certainly capable of this as I've written plenty for my clients - it's just that finding a good reason to write a community website is difficult these days; everything seems to have been done before.
Let's hope I find some work and can spare the world from yet another community based website sans community.
